RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Velours Rosé, customer satisfaction is important. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain conditions apply to the return and refund of cosmetic products.
Damaged or defective products
We offer a refund or replacement when:

All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return shipping costs
When a return is authorized, return fees apply.
Return shipping costs are a minimum of 5$ CAD and may vary depending on the order's origin region and current shipping rates.
The exact amount will be communicated to the customer before the return label is issued.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt, Velours Rosé may cover the return shipping costs.
Processing of refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made as soon as possible after purchase.
Once an order has been prepared, processed or shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify it.
To request a cancellation or modification, the customer must contact our customer service by writing to the email veloursrose1@gmail.com and indicating their order number .
We will do our best to accommodate requests received before order processing begins, but no changes or cancellations can be guaranteed once the order has been submitted.
If an order can no longer be cancelled or modified, the terms of our returns and refunds policy will apply.
